Our client is a highly regarded law practice which has been serving the community for over a century. The practice has 10 professional staff, including four partners, and a focus on property, employment, commercial, M&A, intellectual property, and estate planning and administration. It has a reputation as a centre of excellence in the not-for-profit and education sectors. As the result of ongoing growth, the practice is now seeking to appoint a number of senior professionals with a view to immediate or future partnership.
Working collaboratively across the practice, you will be responsible for a range of activities including:
- Developing new clients to ensure a strong and financially sustainable practice;
- Acting on matters for private and commercial clients;
- Leading and developing teams of professional staff.
You will have at least 10 years' experience in one or more of the firm's current areas of practice. In that time, you will have demonstrated that you are a competent, caring lawyer who develops ongoing relationships with your clients and consequently has been able to attract and retain clients in appropriate work areas.
The practice has a strong Christian ethos and would suit someone who shares the same values. The firm is seeking applicants who are currently running their own practice or part of a larger firm and would be interested in the opportunity for growth and partnership. Remuneration is commensurate with experience.
