Our Commercial Disputes and Insolvency team is led by two experienced Partners.  The team is well organised with established processes and procedures in place to ensure the high quality of all work undertaken. 

We currently have a vacancy for an Associate/Solicitor with 3-6 years of post admission experience preferably in commercial disputes, building construction litigation and insolvency.  

Essential Skills:

• 3 - 6 years PAE as a solicitor
• experience in General Commercial Litigation, Building and Construction and Insolvency
• ability to work in a term and autonomously
• ability to effectively communicate with clients
• must be detail focused, deadline driving and able to work under pressure
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
