Our client is a well-recognised specialist criminal law firm and is seeking an enthusiastic legal secretary to join their young team of professionals.
The scope of the role will include typing, Dictaphone, filing, creating new client files, typing up letters, preparing documents, court filing, liaising with clients, counsel and court staff, taking phone calls and all other general administrative duties required for the day-to-day running of a busy practice.
To secure this position you will 2 years solid legal secretarial/administration experience, type a minimum of 60 wpm and have strong MS Office skills. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, self-motivated, pro-active and above all a “can-do” attitude and a sunny nature. You’ll enjoy variety and working as part of a team. You will have excellent attendance and punctuality and the ability to work full time.
