• Registered Migration Agent (5 years + industry experience).
• Leadership experience.
• Outgoing / caring personality.
• A strategic and lateral thinker.
• Experience in all visa subclasses, conducting initial client meetings and closing sales.
• Able to build trust with clients, team members and maintain personalised relationships.

About the role

As our senior migration professional, you will:

• Work across a range of visas (with strong experience in both skilled migration and employer sponsorship).
• Handle cases from initial meeting to visa grant.
• Manage a support team to assist with preparing forms and applications.
• Provide training to junior agents on all systems and processes.
• Part-time with flexibility, perfect for school hours.
• Brisbane city location.
