THE FIRM

Our client is a leading boutique insolvency firm based in Bowral, NSW. Acting for and advising leading insolvency practitioners across Australia, our client is in the market for a senior insolvency lawyer to join its ranks in light of rapid recent growth.

THE ROLE 

Either located in Bowral or working remotely, this role represents a stellar opportunity for a senior insolvency lawyer to play a leading role in public examinations and litigated insolvency matters on behalf of insolvency practitioners exclusively.

This is very much a role for a forensically-minded practitioner with solid financial literacy and experience investigating company affairs and breaches of directors’ duties including insolvent trading, dishonestly dealing with company property and false and misleading reporting among other contraventions of company law.

THE PERSON

You're a 5 to 10 PAE senior insolvency lawyer with strong experience in public examinations under the Corporations Act.

With advanced financial literacy, you’re commercially minded and focus on providing your clients with practical solutions when identifying company assets and advising on potential claims.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished insolvency lawyer with commercial acumen who's looking to play a leading role in holding corporate wrongdoers to account across Australia.
