- Previous insurance litigation experience required
- Salary to $80,000 PKG (commensurate on experience)
As a top tier firm with a global presence, this is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Legal Secretary to be part of a growing and high calibre firm. Supporting a friendly female Partner and wider team of 4, this role will best suit and pro-active and enthusiastic secretary who thrives in a fast paced environment.
Duties will include:
- Screening incoming calls to the team;
- Opening and closing files;
- Diary management and booking appointments;
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders;
- Dictation typing;
- Drafting letters, emails and documents;
- Preparing court forms and briefs to Counsel;
- Monthly billing; and
- General administration tasks.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years' legal secretarial experience;
- Confidence with the litigation process;
- Strong computer and typing skills;
- Can-do and team-focused approach;
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively; and
- Reliable work ethic.
