Who are we looking for?
We're actively working with a number of clients on their full-time and part-time assignment needs and we're interested in hearing from commercially-minded corporate and commercial lawyers with experience in the mining and natural resources sector, who are available at short notice to work onsite with our clients and commence their LOD journey. On assignment, you will work closely with business stakeholders and be involved in work which will include advising on all manner of commercial contracts, providing commercially - sound BAU legal advice and support.
To join us, you will
- Have between 6-10 years relevant PQE with a top-tier/mid-tier law firm and/or in-house/secondment experience
- Be available to commence a secondment at short notice
- Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business
