We are looking for an experienced claims person from a broking or insurer background who had expert technical knowledge and the ability to manage a variety of claims.
The role will involve managing the claims process, providing a high level of customer service to clients, liaison with assessors, successfully being able to negotiate settlements with Insurers and being able to make informed decisions. Claims will vary from commercial to domestic lines.
Along with claims experience you will have excellent communication skills when dealing with clients. This is not only a trouble shooter position but also requires someone with a hands on approach to dealing with claims on a day to day basis.
