About the role

This is a multi-faceted full-time role, working along side two experienced Account Managers in our busy Werribee office. We are looking for an individual who has had experience working on renewals, new business quotes and claims, as well as someone who can confidently liaise with Underwriters and clients.

Ideally we are seeking someone with exposure to retail and commercial insurance policies. You will currently be working in a client service or assistant account management position.  An ability to juggle a range of tasks, a passion for getting things right and an eye for detail will see you succeed in this role. Naturally you will need to be someone who enjoys managing client relationships and creating solutions.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience working as a team assistant / broker support within an insurance brokerage;
  • Relevant industry qualifications (Tier 1 & 2);
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent customer service / client relationship skills.
