JLT are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Claims Consultant, based in our Sydney Olympic Park office, to work as part of the Claims team.  The successful applicant will play a proactive role in the Claims team to deliver a superior claims management service.

Great organisation skills and a meticulous attention to detail are very important to the role, as is a proactive nature and the ability to work well both autonomously and within a team environment. Ideally you will have experience working within a fast paced, high volume claims role, however training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

This position is a permanent full time role with a start date as soon as possible.

The Essential requirements to be successful include:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a claims role
  • Self-starter
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in collecting, evaluating and interpreting information
  • Ability to challenge and present options/solutions as required
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels within the organisation
