This leading Insurance Group finds itself extremely well positioned in the current climate and is looking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst from an Insurance background with PIC (Personal Injury Claims) experience.

This role is responsible for:

• As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of a new PIC framework and related workstreams across all areas of the project.
• You will provide dedicated, hands-on support to assist workstream sponsors and leads in defining their requirements, critically analysing data sources and needs, and mapping processes within the Group organizational context.

To be considered for this role;

• Insurance experience, preferably insurance personal injury claims
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business units/functions
• Strong experience in business analysis - particular focus on understanding analytic needs and creative approach to fulfilling;
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel;
• Process mapping experience
