Stirling Andersen are working with a well respected national Insurance broker based just outside of Melbourne CBD. This firm are looking to add an Assistant Account Executive to their dynamic and supportive team. This rare opportunity will offer the successful candidate exposure to a high performing corporate portfolio. 
  
The duties in this role will include but aren't limited to:
• Process Cancellation and Endorsement requests from clients
• Follow up on renewal progress including recommendations, emails and endorsement requests
• Obtain quotes or a completed Needs Analysis from Account Managers
• Prepare Renewal Manuals as necessary 
• Make sure all debtors are up to date 
• Keep all records in a compliant manner
• Complete Monthly Activity Report and Training Register monthly             
• Any ad hoc duties required by the other Account Manager 

The successful candidate should have:
• 2-3 years experience in an Assistant Account Executive position
• Minimum Tier 2 qualified (Tier 1 preferred)
• Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
• Strong attention to details and accuracy
• Knowledge of Sunrise and CBS would be advantageous
