About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Business Systems Analyst, the primary responsibilities of the Superstream Business Systems Analyst will be:  

• Determining and analysing the solution for files and messages in and out of Mercer and dealing with the changes associated with multiple operating systems within the Superstream environment;
• Engaging with business stakeholders regarding Superstream requirements;
• Documenting Superstream requirements and developments;
• Assisting the team with analysis and problem resolution related to Superstream and the clearing house products used;
• Engaging with clearing house providers as required.

About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who has:  

• Demonstrated business analyst experience in financial services with ideally at least 2 years superannuation experience;
• Strong knowledge of Superstream / Legislative initiatives is a requirement;
• Hands on experience with superannuation administration systems is a distinct advantage, particularly SuperB, Calibre, Sonata;
• Strong SQL skills will be highly regarded;
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
