The Role

• Ongoing temp role to start immediately
• Managing a Motor claims portfolio end to end 
• Provide excellent customer service
• Arranging assessment and determining liability
• Stakeholder management and liaising with clients
• Prioritising and working to deadlines

You

• Minimum 1 year experience in Commercial or Domestic Motor Claims, Heavy Motor Claims Experience is ideal
• Excellent communication skills
• Common Law knowledge of the Australian road rules
• Proven negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
