This market leading insurance provider are seeking a motivated Case Management Specialist to join their growing workers compensation team. Your new role

  • Provide early, timely and personal customer focused and empathetic service to injured workers and employers.
  • Proactively support the injured worker and employer (across corporate, industry and SME) through the recovery and return to work process.
  • Proactively and effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of workers compensation claims within the NSW legislation and compliance guidelines.
  • Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 1 - 3 years experience in workers compensation claims management or a background in Allied Health.
  • Tertiary qualifications within Allied Health (Psychology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Social Work or Exercise Science) highly desirable, candidates with an Allied Health background and no claims experience will be considered.
  • Strong communication and listening skills with a sharp attention to detail will be key to your success in this role. You need to work well within a team and use your relationship building skills to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
