An opportunity to join a diverse team based in Melbourne CBD as a Liability Claims Consultant.

Your new company
Our client is a leader in the market and is one of Australia’s biggest Insurance companies. Due to the expansion of work volumes across the liability claims department, they are now looking to appoint a capable Claims Consultant to join the team based in Melbourne CBD.


Your new role
As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the investigation and assessment of new and existing Liability Claims. You will also be working alongside third parties and internal departments in relation to these claims and ensuring that terms and conditions as well as service level agreements are met and adhered to on each case.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will have previously worked within a Claims Consulting or Legal role and have a strong understanding of the claims cycle. You will possess strong knowledge of Liability insurance products and have the ability to manage a large pipeline of work. Attention to detail, relationship management and time management are all skills that you will be proud of hosting. Previous experience is essential and/or a legal background would be highly regarded.
