My client is looking for a confident Motor Claims Consultant to join their existing team handling heavy motor claims post lodgement through to completion.
They offer a mature, flexible working environment supported by an approachable and knowledgeable management team.
The role:
- Claims management with the exception of lodgements and recoveries.
- Reporting to Claims Team Manager and working in a team of approx. 10 people.
- Motor claims - commercial and heavy vehicles as well as specialist motor claims.
- Working within a high performing team that are considered experts in the heavy motor claims process.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to clients and all other stakeholders.
- Small team of experts who work autonomously and report to the claims manager.
Personal attributes:
- Highly motivated with an appetite to learn and take on new challenges.
- Great knowledge within motor insurance with ideally some sort of exposure to heavy vehicle claims.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrives working within a team environment.
