The Company:
Our client is a well-established and reputable insurance brokerage that offers end to end Commercial Insurance services to a range of their clients. They are currently seeking an experienced Internal Broker/Account Broker to join their growing team based on the Gold Coast.
The Role:
We are looking for someone to come from an Insurance Broking background into this position as an Account Broker where you will work on an existing portfolio of Commercial, SME clients.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Account Manager to service a portfolio of General Insurance business.
- Process renewals, CoCs, endorsements and cancellations
- Assist clients with business insurance enquiries
- Liaise with clients, internal stakeholders and underwriters as required
- Ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications in General Insurance
- Minimum 18 months experience, ideally in Insurance Broking
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
