The role: 

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with advisers and internal stakeholders 
• Support the Adviser Consultants on any administrative needs
• Use initiative to develop improvements across the team 
• Manage internal relationships & escalation when necessary
• Provide above and beyond customer service and maintain a positive attitude to work and other team members  

The candidate: 

• You will have previous life insurance understand and exposure to life insurance policies
• Previous administrative exposure 
• You will be able to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships
• Excellent verbal and written skills 
• Team player, grit and integrity
