Do you have expert knowledge of the Australian Road Rules?
Are you confident in exercising your commercial acumen, strong technical collections skills and knowledge of litigation in managing files at all times in accordance with Australian Road Rules and industry standards within relevant legislation?
We are Looking for a strong, experienced Motor Claims Recoveries Consultant to join a close-knit team based in our clients Melbourne Office.
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing a portfolio of claims to maximise the recovery of debt
- Negotiate with third-party insurers and negligent third parties to recover debt
- Reduce the number of outstanding recovery claims within your portfolio
- Customer service
- Maintaining and updating the database
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Excellent negotiating, questioning and listening skills
- A strong insurance recoveries background
- Previous settlements experience
- Excellent understanding of the Australian Road Rules
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
