A rare opportunity to join the In-house Injury Management Team as Return to Work Coordinator in Barnawartha is now on offer.
The Role:
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate safe & timely return to work
- Engage & motivate injured workers in RTW process
- Work with Line Managers to implement RTW plans
- Prepare statistical & reporting information
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary team environment & team projects, as required
- Implement well-being initiatives

The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-4+ year's experience in Workplace Rehabilitation &/or Injury Management
- Comprehensive knowledge of RTW & Workers Compensation legislation
- Allied health professional with relevant professional membership (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor) - helpful, but not essential
- Confident, energetic & thrives in a multi-disciplinary team environment
