The Coniston Hotel renovations completed in late 2016 saw all aspects of a modern Hotel from Gaming Room, Bistro Areas, Beergarden and New Sports Bar Facilities come to fruition.
In 2016 the Hotel won the southern division of the AHA awards for excellence in the best casual dining category. There is no doubt that the quality of the food and service at Coniston Hotel is highly recommended in the Illawarra.
Shortly we will commence work on 20 Hotel style rooms with ensuite on the 1st floor of the hotel.
Internal promotions across our Illawarra Hotels has created this opportunity for a Chef De Partie, the position offers a salary of $55000 - $60000 pa.

We are seeking a experienced hospitality professionals that will enjoy working in this newly refurbished hotel with a great team.
You will be well presented and have good communication skills.
This position is for roughly 50 hours per week, you must be available weekends and public holidays. No late nights with this position and generally no split shifts either .
The position involves adherence to cleanliness and HACCAP at all times.
The Bistro trades seven days a week with All day dining from Noon.
Excellent career prospects exist for the right candidate to further their career within Marlow Hotel Group, with three hotels in the Illawarra alone.
