This north-eastern Victorian club has served its community successfully for more than 60 years, providing open access to sporting and cultural activities in an idyllic setting.
Its community engagement is underpinned by a successful hospitality business including bistro, bars, and gaming. It offers members, guests and visitors excellent facilities. The club has strong links to the community and has partnered with other community support organisations to provide educational and development opportunities for local young people.
The club plans to grow and become even more relevant to its members and the local community. It has a well thought-through expansion plan, and is looking to appoint a Manager to lead the business to the next level. It is keen to develop its food service operation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate
- initiative, 'get up and go' energy, accompanied by excellent team leadership skills
- a solid background in hospitality operations
- financial literacy
- an ability to prepare management reports to Club Board specifications
A knowledge of gaming management will be an advantage.
