There's lots going on at site and we're currently looking for a Head Chef to run our latest development, a full in-house teaching kitchen.  You'll offer an inspiring, fun and educational training program to the corporate team. One day you could be teaching "how to make sushi", the following day it could be "how to master a variety of sauces"! You'll be in charge of building the curriculum and your creativity and experience in culinary education will be an advantage.

A day in the life of:

• You’ll be required to lead the operational success of our in-house teaching kitchen
• You’ll be a highly skilled chef, with a passion for teaching & educating 
• You’ll have previous experience within a similar capacity gained in restaurants, hotels or a corporate environment
• You'll build & develop the teaching curriculum offering a varied & inspiring program
• You’ll have an ability to maintain a calm and respectful demeanour always; no matter the pressure!
• You’ll be an inspirational leader, who is able determine standards, mentor junior staff and transform a kitchen into a well-oiled machine
• Implement and maintain WH&S procedures
