The Role

We are seeking a motivated, innovative, Trade Qualified Chef to join our Food Services team at Epworth Richmond. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of room service dining and be part of a team dedicated to delivering freshly cooked meals of the highest quality, to our patients. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, this role is a unique opportunity for a Chef seeking an exciting casual role. 

Key areas of focus for this role include:

• Delivering an exceptional patient experience
• Maintaining the highest levels of food safety
• Being a dedicated, supportive, quality driven team member

Skills & Experience

• Hold, or be willing to attain a current food handling certificate
• Have solid computer skills
• Have extensive room service experience
• Have demonstrated knowledge and ability to monitor and work in accordance with all food safety requirements
• Be flexible in working various shifts across 7 days
