 Indigenous Food & Beverage Traineeship

Are you looking for your first step into the hospitality industry? Or maybe change in career path? Then this may be the position for you!  With no experience necessary, a Food & Beverage Traineeship is an opportunity to be introduced to Crown’s 5 star environment. 
With over 30 Restaurants and Bars, Crown Melbourne offers a unique array of venues ranging from premium restaurants, casual eateries, fast paced bars and lively nightclubs. 


As a Food & Beverage Trainee, you will undertake accredited in-house training, learn key service skills and have the opportunity to put them into practice across different areas at Crown. Upon successful completion you will receive a Certificate III in Hospitality.


To be successful for this role you will need:

  • Commitment and passion for the Food and Beverage Industry
  • The willingness and ability to commit to a traineeship which involves study and hands-on experience
  • Exceptional grooming standards and presentation 
  • Ability to deliver a high standard of customer service to our guests
  • Full availability to work around a 24 hour, 7 day week roster including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Australian Citizenship, New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency and be over the age of 18.

Applicants must be available to attend 3 full days worth of training and an Assessment Centre for this position, with a start date of September 2018.


This traineeship runs for 9 months, candidates will need to be available to attend both work and training where applicable.
