Corporate Travel Operations Support Duties
- Assisting travel bookers with advice on how to use the online booking travel tool.
- Research and test further any unresolved issues
- Escalate queries to other departments including product, development and sales
- Provide support and training on the OBT technology
- Always using your corporate travel knowledge to assist in the travel booker reservations
Skills Required for this Corporate Travel Operations Support role
- Currently working in a Corporate travel consultant position
- CRS knowledge- Sabre is an advantage
- Tech savvy, with an interest in corporate travel technology
