ALH Group is currently recruiting for a Full Time Administration / Accommodation Officer to join the friendly & professional team at Mission Beach Resort, Mission Beach. Nth Qld.
We are seeking a loyal and professional administrator who can work in a busy team environment. You must be highly motivated, have good time management skills, be well presented and have an excellent phone manner.
For the right candidate this is a permanent position and the role will be 5 days per week including weekends. You will need to be flexible to work within a rotating roster.
Ideally we are seeking an applicant with previous RMS Accommodation System experience and knowledge of Online Reservations system is also desirable. The position also requires assistance with coordinating functions, guest liaison and local knowledge, promoting the accommodation and sales via phone and assisting in other areas of the hotel when required. Full training and support will be offered to the successful applicant.
