Working under Head Chef the ideal candidate will have:

The ability and creative flair to take the Head chefs vision to the next level.
Knowledge/interest of gastropub food and current food trends.
Ability to work within a team lead by the Head Chef.
Be able to control the section and deliver consistency under pressure.
Maintaining high standards of food presentation
Ordering stock and supplies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Maintaining a clean kitchen and OH&S standards
