Job Summary & Responsibilities
Cater Care are looking for a Part Time Chef to work at our Aged Care Facility in Cabramatta.
The key to our success is our people, your role in this environment is to provide friendly, attentive and efficient service to our valued residents through cooking a variety of nutritious Homestyle meals, preparation of ingredients and food service.
Roster: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9.30am - 6.00pm
- Cooking traditional Homestyle Western and Russian meals: lunch, soup, dinner and dessert
- Special diets and diet requirements including allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified
- Monitoring and promoting kitchen hygiene and HACCP
- All aspects of kitchen operations including washing dishes and cleaning kitchen
Key Criteria:
- Trade qualified chef
- Confident Knife Skills
- Police Check required before commencing
