We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Chef to join our exciting and fast-paced Kitchen Operations team. 

Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will be required to assist with the day to day tasks of running of our busy kitchen operations. You will be responsible for food preparation that consistently meets the expectations of our high number of patrons, while maintaining hygienic standards and practices across our multiple outlets.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, responsible and have exceptionally high standards in everything they do. They will also possess:

  • Strong verbal communication skills;
  • Understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards;
  • A strong work ethic with an ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • An eye for detail and presentation;
  • A passion for creating exciting and high-quality food and a willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.

Please note, while late night shifts are minimal, availability is required across a seven-day roster for day, evening and weekend shifts to meet the business needs.

In return for your commitment, we will provide the opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly and professional environment and assist with all necessary TAFE requirements in order to complete your apprenticeship.
