We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our new Chatswood team to be our front of house and Customer Support. This is a new location so you will be setting it up and working together with the full front office team to develop the front of house into a positive community environment for our clients.
If you have an eye for detail, passion for delivering high-end customer service and the drive to get the job done. Then this is the perfect role for you.
SOI is a specialised Serviced Office / Co-working offering high quality flexible office solutions in Sydney CBD and Chatswood, plus Virtual offices, Virtual Reception services and casual meeting rooms.
Your focus will be at front reception where your excellent customer service skills and professional communication skills will be a real asset.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Reception - Meeting and greeting of all clients and their visitors
- Customer /Client services - responding to extremely varied client requests and resolving problems.
- Co-ordination of client meetings and the management of the meeting rooms, arranging and the setting up of catering and audio-visual equipment
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of reception
- Facilities management and community services
- Answering clients incoming calls on a busy, fully computerised console
This role will challenge you due to its fast pace and high level of client interaction.
Ideally you are:-
- Highly motivated with your own initiative
- You have high energy and the flexibility to assist clients and team members at anytime
- You are a professional with the maturity to be able to think on your feet
- You enjoy problem solving
- You have strong computer skills with a minimum of intermediate in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- You enjoy working on your own
- You have a minimum of 5 years working experience as a corporate front of house or within a 5 star hospitality front of house. Alternatively you have worked at least 3 years in an events management role.
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- You are a people person and know how to build rapport and enjoy talking with people face to face and via the phone
- Must have a positive "can do" attitude and love the challenge. You don't grow staying within your comfort zone.
