- Experience in Reservations necessary & opportunity to learn about Sales
- Handling all accommodation enquiries via phone and email
- Located in the foodie hub of Surry Hills

Your day-to-day errands…
- Genuinely create home away from home experiences at reception
- Deliver fantastic service while welcoming guests, taking and coordinating reservations
- Know Surry Hills like the back of your hand to help guests with amazing recommendations
- Be the go to person who has all the answers in regards to reservations and possible group bookings
- Learn about Sales coordination
Requirements...
- At least 1 year experience in reservations required
- Contributor to a relaxed and homely atmosphere
- Strong sales and revenue focus
- Down to earth individual who is attentive and elegantly charming
