GTG is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic reservations sales agent, to join our busy reservations team.

• Outstanding attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills and be very organised
• Team player with a high level of initiative

Primary duties include:

• Selling packages to various sporting events, both domestically and internationally
• Converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Handling telephone and email enquiries across a range of different events
• Processing reservations in the Company's proprietary reservations system
• Payment follow up and documentation preparation
• Attendance at events as required

This is a demanding role in a fun, dynamic and changing environment. With a combination of telephone based customer service and administration your days will be varied and busy. 

Previous experience within a hotel reservations department or a similar reservations environment will be highly regarded.
