• Only focusing on 6 travel accounts of your choice per annum!

Are you a Sales Manager experienced in building rapport with travel agencies? Are you also a relationship focused Account Manager with a proven sales track record?
I am representing a very well-known brand who’s been operating for over two centuries! They are looking for an Account Manager to focus on the Queensland accounts and successfully & strategically manage and grow sales agreements with different travel agencies.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working from your home office & out on the road, this is a great role if you are looking for autonomy and being able to work to how you see fit.
Working predominately only Mon-FRI, my client is a results driven not hours driven business and if you should work the occasional weekend (potentially once every two months), you will be rewarded with 2 days off in lieu straight away.

You will but not limited to:

- Devise marketing / promotional plans with key accounts for a 12 months forecast
- Continue to conduct training and seminars to agencies
- Identify and target other key accounts by sales in previous 12 months
- Analyse and devise strategic plans with the agency management for implementation
- Client relationship building, workshop facilitation & the deliverance of high -energy presentations



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

We are looking for someone with full open availability, dedicated to providing exceptional service & on the road experience.
In order to be successful for this role, you will have current or most recent experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Rep or BDM within the travel industry however, we may consider a Team Leader or Manager with road shows, training & on the road experience.
You must also have a driver’s license & your own vehicle


THE PACKAGE:

You will be given a very competitive salary structure with bonuses equivalent to 6 months’ worth of your annual salary!!

You will also be given a company credit card and fuel and millage allowances.
Your day will be your own to plan out with flexible hours depending on your schedule
