SkyPoint delivers a variety of diverse and creative menu options in our busy Seventy7 Bistro+Bar and events venues. Located on the top floor of Q1, Seventy7 Bistro+Bar offers guests daily buffet breakfasts along with all day café dining, while our events team provide first class events from à la carte dining, themed buffets, and cocktail style events. We are currently looking for Chefs or Qualified Cooks to join the team.

FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST:

• Have a strong previous background across buffets, functions, a la carte service and/or fast food service;
• Be fully conversant with all aspects of high volume food preparation and presentation;
• Have experience and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment; 
• Be reliable and a self-motivated team player with an eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills; 
• Flexible with availability including ability to work a range of shifts including weekends;
• Good physical dexterity with the ability to perform physically demanding work;
• Have a good working knowledge and practical application of HACCAP standards.

Successful applicants will join our pool of Chefs that are available to assist within the café and at events. Shifts will vary ranging from early mornings, afternoons, late nights and weekends. This is a part-time position which guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week.
