About Us
We are opening a brand new 48 seat wholefoods café soon in the Flour Mill residential complex at Summer Hill and are looking to bring on board energetic staff who will continue to build and shape our fun and innovative culture.
About You
You are an energetic and enthusiastic Head Chef who is keen to join our new cafe which will be serving breakfast and lunch 7 days a week.
This is a full-time role (including Saturday and Sunday shifts).
A passion for fine food, coffee and customer service an absolute must!
Skills & Experience
• Menu design & implementation
• Managing food quality presentation
• Maintaining kitchen inventory, buying, costing and dealing with suppliers
• Minimum 5 years' local experience in a similar position
