Europcar Australia is seeking to appoint a pro-active and result-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support the current Branch Manager located at Brisbane Airport.

In this challenging role you will be providing assistance by maximizing the growth and profitability of all facets of the station through focusing on excellence in customer service, vehicle quality and station presentation at a benchmarked company standard.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Effectively controlling station costs 
  • Assisting with the management of up to 22 staff
  • Increasing vehicle utilisation
  • Achieving financial targets
  • Maximisation of sales revenue and company profitability

To be considered for this position you should possess:

  • An enthusiastic approach in learning a new company and its objectives
  • Passionate about customer service and building relationships
  • The ability to inspire and motivate a team as well as spearhead the continued growth and profitability of the station
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, preferably gained from an operations background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as intermediate computer skills
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and a resilient attitude
  • Previous experience in fast-paced sales and service environment with high volume transactions
