EVENT COORDINATOR – FULL TIME MATERNITY CONTRACT (Up to 12 months)
FENIX EVENTS (RICHMOND)

We are looking for the next member of our amazing Coordination team to ensure we are delivering a WOW experience to our clients, which helps us achieve our Big Hair Audacious Goal (BHAG) in delivering WOW events to help us grow and expand Maple Event Group.
We are looking for someone who helps make dreams come true. We are not just looking for someone with an amazing personality and a great eye for detail but an all-round WOW creator, so someone who demonstrates our Values through and through. What exactly is required for the role?
Ideally, you will have around 2-3 years' experience coordinating events, a genuine and engaging personality and a touch of that hospitality…eccentricity. You would also consider yourself a stickler for the finer details and keeping yourself organised at even the most hectic times.
Previous event coordination experience is preferred as you'll be expected to deliver a variety of events, particularly weddings, but also corporate and social. If you have used or have knowledge of Ungerboeck (our event software) that would be super advantageous.
We are also looking for someone who is comfortable in up selling to clients in order to increase the event contribution margin.
