ICC Sydney is a $1.5 billion development that has transformed the Darling Harbour precinct. The project delivered 35,000sqm of internal exhibition space, the largest commercial kitchen in the southern hemisphere, Australia’s largest ballroom, an open air event deck, and an 8000 seat entertainment theatre.
We are currently looking to recruit a Steward Supervisor to assist in leading and inspiring our Stewarding team. This role is crucial in assisting the planning and coordination of arrangements that support the kitchen brigade and front of house teams in delivering world class culinary experiences.
Responsibilities;
- Assist in the planning, coordinating and delivery of all arrangements related to supporting the kitchen brigade and front of house teams to deliver world class culinary experiences to drive repeat event business and achieve the department’s financial targets.
- To train, lead and inspire the Stewarding team members to ensure a trained, well-organised and motivated team to deliver clean and safe kitchens and service areas.
- Administrative duties that facilitate the effective and smooth running of the Stewarding department.
