About the business
Cannon Charters specialise in extended mother ship fishing adventure and discovery trips around the spectacular coast of Australia's Top End.
About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef to join the Cannon Charters crew in August.
The Chef will be required to:
- Cook meals for our crew and guests 3 times per day
- Order supplies and menu plan for 2 - 6 weeks at a time
- Adapt meals to suit the needs of guests including dietary requirements
- Perform other duties on board the mother ship as directed by the Captain
