East Village Sydney is an exciting pub in Darlinghurst which was renovated just over a year ago. It is independently owned and operated and has no pokies.
It offers high quality modern pub product with three levels, each a unique experience. We specialise in high quality food & exceptional wine, innovative drinks concepts and craft beer.
Replacing our current DM who is venturing abroad - you will be joining an experienced Management team who will guide you in this dynamic business.
Strong tight knit culture and a diverse team of 30 staff incl. kitchen.
