Hospitality Duty Manager -
We are currently seeking to employ a Full Time Duty Manager to join our Management team. Red Rock Airport Services owns and manages 10 unique licensed venues at Melbourne Airport. We are seeking a Manager to join our expanding company!

Directly managing three venues this position requires an organised hands-on manager to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the overall operation.
Experience in managing a team is essential to this role; this role presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic manager or senior supervisor who is looking to prove themselves in a professional environment and to join a rapidly growing and innovative company.
The role requires you to be flexible and work a variety of hours and weekends on a rotating rostering system. Salary is negotiable reflective of experience
The role & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leading, directing & motivating large teams at one time.
- All Front Of House operations
- Driving sales and promotions
- Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating our company values
- Training staff and performance management
The Ideal Candidate must present;
