We are seeking to appoint a casual Cellar Door Sales Assistant to join our award winning Cellar Door Sales team. This casual position reports directly to the Cellar Door Manager and would involve three to five days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maximise wine sales with customers/visitors
• Promote our brand by engaging and educating our guests
• Maintain a high level of presentation of the cellar door
The successful applicant will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a team environment as well as under pressure on busy days. A passion for the wine industry and a sound knowledge of wines is essential as is a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
We are seeking an individual who will also be physically capable of picking and packing wine club boxes when necessary.
WSET and Cellar Door experience will be highly regarded.
