The Station Hotel, Fitzroy is looking for a Sous Chef to complement the existing kitchen team of this food driven venue that offers a relaxed, informal pub environment with well prepared food using quality ingredients.

Essential requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high volume kitchens
- Experience and passion for butchery
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery Essential
