The Station Hotel, Fitzroy is looking for a Sous Chef to complement the existing kitchen team of this food driven venue that offers a relaxed, informal pub environment with well prepared food using quality ingredients.

We're looking for candidates who:

  • Are confident and have a creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency and presentation

  • Have great team- work and excellent communication skills

 

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in high volume kitchens
  • Experience and passion for butchery
  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery Essential
