About the role
An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated & proactive Functions Manager to join the Mattara Hotel, Charlestown. As Functions Manager you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Venue Manager to manage the day to day operation of the function facilities including successfully supervising and participating in function operations and promoting the functions facilities. The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate:
- Experience in supervising and performing function management duties, including completing detailed event orders and forecasting functions revenue and calendar
- Leadership in delivering a consistent, high-level of customer service
- Motivation and initiation in building business success through your efforts and your team's
- Demonstrated ability to multi task in a fast paced hands on role
Availability for weekly day, night and weekend shifts is a must
A current RSA is essential
