We are currently seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our front office team.

What will your core duties be?

  • Assist in the development and training of Guest Service Agents;
  • Ensure that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Conducting guest arrivals and departures;
  • Confidently providing personalised, attentive guest service, including pre-empting the guest's requirements;
  • Imparting your knowledge and recommendations about the hotel, its facilities and the local area including restaurants and attractions;
  • Ensuring guest queries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively;
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures;
  • Finalising guest accounts, including cash handling;
  • Assisting in general administration duties in the Front Office department and general duties across the Housekeeping & Maintenance departments as required.

 

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous hotel front office/reception experience, including at a supervisory level;
  • A commitment and passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service;
  • Flexibility to work 7 days a week;
  • Strong computer skills/knowledge, training will be provided for reservations system;
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A high standard of personal presentation.
