Oyster Bar - Elizabeth Quay is looking for casual and fulltime duty manager's to add to our great management team.
The Oyster Bar offers local oysters and wine along with tapas and share style meals with all day dining, in the beautiful Elizabeth Quay Waterfront.
We are looking for managers who enjoy working in a busy fast paced environment, who have a great work ethic and a love of local products.
All applicants should be highly driven and motivated and have the desire and passion for delivering a quality product.
All applicants must be highly organised, positive, able to lead by example and able to deliver a high level of customer service at all times.
You must possess, excellent wine, beer, cocktail and spirit knowledge and be 100% customer focused.
Casual and fulltime varied hours available to suit successful applicants.
Hours will include weekend and night work essential to a career in hospitality.
The role and responsibilities include:
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Highly organised and responsible
- Be creative and have a passion to succeed
- Passion for hospitality and people
- Attention to detail in all areas
- Take direction from higher management
- Monitor wages and adhere to company guidelines during your shifts
- Excellent presentation, time management
- Opening and closing the bar, use of POS systems
- Ability to train and manage staff
- Show initiative, a positive nature and be very hands on
- Work nights, weekends and public holidays (essential)
- Hold current Managers Card
