This rapidly expanding and exciting business has made its way to Bondi and kicking some serious goals. With a funky bar and a tantalising menu, this venue is offering both a great atmosphere for those wanting a casual drink and bar snack and for others wanting to walk away with a food coma. The last year has seen 3 new restaurant openings, this is a growing restaurant group offering serious opportunity for a proven and determined Assistant Manager who is hungry for success and ready to take this venue and hit the ground running.

Looking for a professional with a wealth of experience in high volume businesses to jump on board with heaps of energy to lead this multifaceted venue and hard working team. With culture at the core of this business, you will be a leader invested in your staff, their development and productivity. 

What you need: 

In this role you will share a passion for great, fresh food and exceptional service. Coming from a high volume background, you will lead the delivering of operations and management of the team. With great communication skills, you will work with the team to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer service. With an engaging and hands-on personality, a love of people and customer service and a desire to succeed as a hospitality professional you will drive this restaurant. The restaurant is fully involving and you will be accountable for certain aspects of the P&L and driving sales - proven experience of P&L management and troubleshooting is essential. With some highly talented staff on board and new applications daily, enjoyment and a proven ability to train and develop a high performing team is fundamental.
