Chin Chin has been named the most successful restaurant Melbourne has ever seen with queues of people lining up to dine since opening in 2011. Open 7 days a week, serving roughly 1200 covers per day, Chin Chin offers a shared-eating concept with a focus on South-east Asian cuisine. 

About the Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, from the moment a guest walks in, to the moment they leave the venue, including greeting and seating guests, taking orders and delivering food and drinks to the table. Must work closely with the team to ensure seamless and quality service as well as assisting other team members when required and necessary.
 
Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in a Wait Staff role in a premium restaurant
• Experience using ResPAK is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Immaculate presentation and grooming
• Possess initiative and passion for the hospitality industry
• Professional, outgoing demeanor and a "can do" positive attitude
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong guest focus and exceptional service skills
• Adaptable and able to work in a highly energetic environment
• Must possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
• Must be available over the Christmas and New Year Period.
